That’s Just The Way We Hear

Did you know that I also help my owner, Mel, with projects other than books? Last year we made a video for Better Speech and Hearing Month about people who hear differently but can still listen and speak! This year we got together with our family and some new friends to redo the video. There was even another dog added to the video: my cousin, Champ the Labradoodle! He had so much fun helping us that he said he wants to be in one of the Sophie’s Tales books. I said, “We’ll see.” Hey, there’s only so much stardom to go around!

I really love watching our video now because it helps people learn about kids with hearing loss. Even though I can’t come be a therapy dog at all of the schools in the country, the video lets me still reach lots of people everywhere!
